Late fees will be applied to overdue accounts as outlined in the rental agreement.
3. Access and Security
Customers are granted 24/7 access to their storage units using secure access codes.
3.1. Security Measures
We employ multiple security measures, including surveillance cameras and secure fencing, to protect your belongings.
4. Use of Storage Units
Storage units are intended for the storage of personal and business items. Prohibited items include:
- Hazardous materials
- Perishable goods
- Illegal substances
4.1. Responsibility for Stored Items
Hampstead Storage is not liable for any damage or loss of items stored within our facilities, except in cases of proven negligence.
5. Termination of Agreement
Either party may terminate the rental agreement with proper notice as specified in the contract.
5.1. Eviction Policy
Failure to adhere to these terms may result in eviction from the storage facility.
6. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Hampstead Storage operates.
7. Amendments
Hampstead Storage reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes.
8. Acceptance of Terms
